Refined sugar ICUMSA 45
Product Description:

Icumsa 45 refined sugar is the most refined sugar of all, due to its high purity and due to the controlled crystallization process by which crystal sugar is dissolved. It is sparkling white in color and highly refined, suitable for human consumption and use in a wide range of food productions.
Application: intended for direct human consumption and in the production of industrialized foods such as cookies, chocolate milk, juices and even in the pharmaceutical industry to sweeten syrups.
Packaging: 50 kg bags and 1000 kg big bag.

It is raw sugar or raw material, with a layer of honey that covers the sugar crystal, which is why its color is darker in brown tones. VHP (“Very High Polarization”) sugar is the main type of sugar exported by Brazil.
