We have improved the functionality of our new website, expanding our reach and giving greater visibility to products and offers. However, one of the most important new implementations is security, where we have created access control features to ensure that our contacts are real buyers and are truly qualified to purchase our products.
With the popularization of important communication tools, such as WhatsApp, the risks for companies have increased significantly in Brazil and worldwide, since the contact does not need to identify themselves to request services and information about our products. This advent reduced the productivity of the team, which spent more time researching the contact than providing a qualified service to a regular customer.
With the new implementations, we can now monitor contact via chat and registration, in addition to robust marketing control capable of identifying where the contact comes from, allowing us to immediately know the user's real intention and, best of all, identify the real buyer.

Business WhatsApp: Through Business WhatsApp we are able to implement more security for our customers.
Security Controls: We immediately identify where the call is coming from and whether it matches what the user is asking for. This is good for both the user and RGA.
Business Features:
Presentation; Presentation of products with specifications and quality, creating an online catalog, allowing our customers to immediately know which products we can offer.
Offers: We implement product offers so that the buyer can immediately identify our product and find it quickly in their search.
Archives: We have implemented rules so that our regular customers can access our operating standards online, without having to ask about product specifications.
In addition, based on the needs of the sales team, we have improved the market quotation features, where we can access the website itself and find out the future dollar exchange rate, for example, enabling faster price calculations without having to search through several search engines. In this regard, RGA is working on a project to publish market quotations free of charge to Brazilian producers, which may soon go live.
